A Getaway Scrapbooking Retreat

There's this tradition that some ladies like to do that I've heard about before. It's called a scrapbook retreat. This is where they go away to someone's cabin or someone's house for a weekend, and bring all their scrapbooking supplies and just make them. All weekend.

Sometimes they make just one together, or they can make their own. It seems pretty interesting and I wonder how it works out. Scrapbooking takes a lot of supplies so it'd be pretty hard bringing glue and all that stuff around with you to someone's place that you don't know. I think if anything these retreats should be held at someone's house so that you're familiar with the place, and set on supplies for everyone's convenience.
