If your photo needs cropped, go ahead and do so. After that, you're ready to mat your picture on a neutral color.

Before you finish the page, write a few thoughts down about the event, the picture, or the people in the photo. Finally, arrange your various pieces until you find the right layout and adhere them to your page.
